Quick weeknight meal

Tofu Curry – Thai Style

  • 16 oz firm tofu, cube
  • 2 Tbsps Bragg Liquid Aminos
  • 2 Tbsps Bragg Olive Oil


  • 1 red onion
  • 2 garlic cloves, chop
  • 1 tsp lime rind, grate
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 Tbsp Bragg Liquid Aminos
  • 1 tsp raw honey
  • 2 green chilies, seeded and chop
  • 1 Tbsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Bragg Sprinkle
  • 1 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chop
  • juice from 1 lime
  • 1 oz coconut milk

Toss tofu cubes in Bragg Aminos and let marinate while you prepare paste.  Combine all paste ingredients into food processor, grind until smooth.  Heat olive oil in wok until hot.  Drain tofu cubes, stir-fry medium temperature until brown.  Drain on paper towel.  Wipe wok clean, now put in paste, stir.  Return tofu to wok, mix in paste, reheating ingredients as you stir.  Garnish with red chili or bell pepper, cilantro and Bragg Nutritional Yeast.  Delicious served over brown rice or quinoa.
